It's Not all About the Views

Some people post on Instagram or Facebook or Twitter etc. people they want people to look at it and maybe like it. On YouTube it's all about the number of subscribers you have, and if you don't have many you are automatically considered a bad video maker. Quite a lot of the time that's not the case though. One of the best You Tubers might have hardly any subscribers, and a bad YouTuber might have loads (I guess sometimes it depends on what the videos are about, but still).

Similar to the YouTube thing, quite a few people think that if they don't get many likes on their Instagram photo then people don't like them as a person, they are ugly, and everyone hates them.

THAT IS NOT TRUE.

It doesn't matter about the likes and views and number of subscribers. Even if I don't get any followers on my blog, I'm still going to post, because I love it. I find it fun. Social media should be a place where people post about what they are doing for others to see and appreciate. Not a place where you are automatically a bad person if you don't get a certain amount of likes.

People might be mean to you if you post something they don't like. But other people do like it, and if you do, that's all that matters.

So if someone insults you on a post, don't take it down. If you don't gain any followers for doing something you love, it doesn't matter. Don't stop.

Or you'll never feel happy with yourself.
